Infraestrutura Não consigo Colocar o OT Online

Oi, boa tarde!

O Ot que estou usando é o do link abaixo. 

 

Não consigo coloca-lo Online, e já fiz todos os procedimentos básicos. Gostaria que me ajudassem.

Criei Um Ip Fixo no-ip

OBS:. consigo logar Offline.

Meu intuito é jogar com meus amigos , que me pediram para fazer um 8.6 ou 9.86. 

Caso não haja solução, gostaria que me indicassem algum servidor com mapa global para download(estou usando Windows, Mas utilizo ubunto também se necessário:).
